Good work doesn’t cut it. Standing out takes looks. Every website and every piece of paper competes for customers. Impress or disappoint. Win or lose.

We make every impression count. We craft personalized branding for contractors, small businesses, and nonprofits so every part of an organization’s image looks as good as its best work. From the logo to the letterhead, we build excellence.

Our expertise spans website development, graphic design, copywriting, typography, and search engine optimization. We keep websites pristine, print materials powerful, and social media inviting.

A business is only as strong as its brand. Stand out. Impress. Succeed.

We specialize in branding so you don’t have to. The only work we ask of our clients:

Planning Meeting

The client sits down with our Managing Director for a two-hour conversation about their organization’s goals, personality, and client base. We discuss any special circumstances, answer any questions, and develop a timeline.

Background Information

The client provides as much material about their organization as possible. This includes portfolios, photos, employee bios, invoices, mission statement, existing branding, etc.

Website Review

The client reviews a beta version of the new website. We have one to three review periods, depending on the plan.

Print Review

The client reviews a beta version of the new print materials. We have one review period for each printed design (letterhead, flyer portfolio book, etc).

“Working with the team at Branded has been a joy. Their expertise with everything from web design to physical letterhead has made creating a consistent look for our website and print materials a breeze.  They pay attention to details I didn’t even know existed, and their work on social media has increased our readership so much I can hardly put a number to it.  This team knows how to create a sharp and professional brand.”

“We love our website! Thank you for helping us promote GMV Construction’ mission and vision. We have received many compliments from our clients for an excellent website!”

Brand Creation

We start with a website. Depending on an organization’s needs, we craft a logo and a style guide, copyedit and copywrite, and bring in a photographer.

Brand Extension

We make branding consistent wherever it appears, whether online or in print. We solidify social media accounts, and we design flyers, portfolio books, letterhead, envelopes, invoices, and business cards.

Brand Maintenance

We keep branding strong. We make sure an organization’s website shows its newest projects and testimonials, and we keep the website current with regular backups, security measures, and traffic monitoring. On social media, we transform raw content into a powerful, engaging presence.

Plans do not necessarily involve all three parts (Creation, Extension, and Maintenance), nor do all parts need to exist at same level (Basic, Standard, Premium). We help our clients create a plan that best fits their organization’s specific needs.

Our prices are all-inclusive. We pay for paper and printing, and we cover website hosting, email hosting, and domain names. This keeps paperwork simple for our clients, and it lets us craft branding all the way down to the ink and paper.

A Brand Maintenance plan is not required. We teach all our clients how to use and perform basic maintenance on their website, so they can run their website themselves free of charge. If a client declines a brand maintenance plan and advanced maintenance/updates are needed, we can provide that service at a rate of $100/hour.
